SAVING MONEY AND BUILDING A BUSINESS 

As a stay at home mom I am always looking for ways to save my family money.

When we took a job transfer in June of 2004 we were faced with selling our home.

After interviewing some real estate agents I was in shock at the almost $12,000 commission that we would have to pay. I then began to look into selling by owner.

I was comfortable with showing my own home and hosting open houses.
